2026-2027 ACADEMIC YEAR RETURNERS & SUMMER APPLICATION! We are excited to announce that the housing application for the 2026–2027 academic year will open for summer and returning students on March 2, 2026 at 9:00 A.M.

Click Apply for Housing/Login to access the online housing system. Use your iRattler credentials to sign in. From there, you must complete the basic application and submit an advance housing payment*. On your application, you will:
- Select your housing preferences
- Identify preferred roommates
- Provide emergency contact information
- Digitally sign the Student Housing Agreement
- Provide Parent/Guardian proxy signature (if under 18)
- Pay $200 nonrefundable advance housing payment*
*NOTE:
- Returning residents participating in summer housing sessions are required to make a $100 nonrefundable advance housing payment.
- New students entering the university during the summer are required to make a $200 nonrefundable advance housing payment in order to complete their housing application.
**If the student has paid the $200 nonrefundable advance housing payment for Fall and completed the Fall application, the summer advance payment will be waived.**
