TRIO Student Support Services

About the Program

Florida A&M’s TRIO Student Support Services Program is a federally funded college preparatory program that strives to provide supportive academic and personal services to a limited number of low-income, first-generation college students and students with disabilities. The program aims to provide participants with educational support services and assist students in navigating and successfully matriculating through college.    

Eligibility  

Must be a United States citizen and meet one or more of the following criteria:

  • Qualify as a low-income student based on Federal Guidelines.
  • First Generation College Student (The parent has not obtained a bachelor’s degree).
  • Have a documented disability.
