Please submit all desired floor plans for your event at least seven (7) business days before the date of your event.

All events must be submitted at least 15 business days prior to the scheduled date, with facility reservations made through iStrike or by submitting an electronic request form (for outside community entities)

Message from the Chief of FAMU PD

Please be advised that effective immediately, no organizational events, meetings, programs, or activities will be permitted to continue past 10:00 PM.

This guideline is being implemented to ensure safety, maintain facility compliance, and support operational schedules. All organizations are expected to plan accordingly and ensure that events conclude, including cleanup and departure, by the designated time.
