Government Relations Internship

Welcome to the FAMU Office of Government Relations, and thank you for your interest
in the FAMU Legislative Internship Program.
The FAMU Legislative Internship Program provides FAMU students with hands-on opportunities
to experience democracy in action with the Florida Legislature during the legislative
session. Responsibilities may include public engagement, legislative research, constituent
management, community outreach, attending legislative meetings, scripting talking
points and newsletters, writing bill summaries, assisting in culminating press releases,
and administrative tasks as required.
