Vehicle Registration
2025-2026 STUDENT ONLINE VEHICLE REGISTRATION
Effective July 1, 2025, all decals issued for the 2025-2026 fiscal/school year will become invalid. Sophomores, juniors, seniors, and graduate students with a vehicle will be required to register their vehicle information (a maximum of one vehicle).
The FAMU Parking Services Student Online Vehicle Registration Period will begin on July 1, 2025.

NOTE: All outstanding citations should be satisfied PRIOR to the registration period.
What you need
The following items will be needed for the Vehicle Registration Verification Process:
- Student ID#
- Valid Driver’s License
- Current Vehicle Registration (from the DMV)

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Students may only park in designated “General” parking lots. Violators will be subject to Tow or Boot.
- All vehicles must be properly registered.
- All outstanding citations should be satisfied PRIOR to the registration period.
- Vehicles without a current decal/permit will be ticketed, towed and/or immobilized at owner/driver’s expense.
- The LPR will require that drivers pull their vehicle into a parking space.
- Motorcycles/scooters must be registered on site at the Parking Information Center, 2400 Althea Gibson Way.
