Risk Reporting Hotline

Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) has created an online risk reporting hotline to allow employees to report potential risks to the university's operations. The hotline is available to all employees, regardless of their position or level of responsibility.

The purpose of the hotline is to allow employees to report risks in a confidential and anonymous manner. This will help to ensure that all risks are identified and addressed, regardless of the potential consequences.

How to Use The Hotline

To report a risk, simply visit the hotline website and fill out the online form. The form will ask you to provide the following information:

  • Description of the risk
  • Location of the risk
  • Risk category
  • Date and time of the risk
  • Consequences of the risk
  • Recommended actions
  • Contact information (optional)

Anonymity

If you wish to remain anonymous, you can do so by choosing to submit your report anonymously. However, please note that if you choose to remain anonymous, the university may not be able to take any action to address the risk.

Reporting a Risk

If you have any concerns about a potential risk to the university, please do not hesitate to report it to the hotline. By reporting risks, you are helping to protect the university and its employees.

Thank you for your cooperation.
