Valerie Anderson is an instructor in the Professional Leadership Development (PLD) Department of the School of Business and Industry. She teaches Advanced Professional Leadership Development I and II and is faculty advisor of Close-Up, EMS/WSBI, and Forum Companies. Ms. Anderson is a resourceful, performance driven professional with over 30 years of industry and entrepreneurial experience identifying and troubleshooting critical issues, driving customer satisfaction, and managing relationships, accounts, and profitable projects. She has primarily worked in the financial services, telecommunications, and education industries in consulting, training, project management, marketing management, underwriting, and teaching roles. Ms. Anderson is passionate about delivering value and inspiring positive outcomes and achievement.
