She aims to equip students with the technical and soft skills to excel as global leaders in business, industry, and commerce. With a rich academic background that includes obtaining an MBA (strategic management), a master’s in educational leadership (Principal licensure), and a Doctorate in Business Administration, Dr. Rosier was honored as the 2022-2023 Emerging Researcher of the Year. This recognition stems from her innovations in teaching, service, and student success initiatives. Dr. Rosier's research is centered on uncovering management strategies that foster diversity in leadership and placing emphasis on professional development to enhance organizational dynamics, recruitment, and retention efforts. Beyond her academic endeavors, Dr. Rosier is a devoted wife and mother to a kind-hearted gifted elementary youth. She balances her roles by actively contributing to her community engaging in HIV/AIDS awareness, preschool youth development projects, voter education, and a commitment to digital inclusion initiatives that aid the Southside community.
