About Me


Daaim Shabazz is an Associate Professor at Florida A&M University’s School of Business and Industry and has taught in the areas of Global Business, e-Business, and Marketing for the past 25 years. Starting his professional career in the computer science field, he migrated to marketing technical tech support and then returned to graduate school for an MBA in marketing from Clark Atlanta University. He ultimately earned his Ph.D. in International Affairs and Development (also from Clark Atlanta University) in 1998 after defending a dissertation titled, "The Development of Internet Strategies for the Improvement of Transnational Trade in the West African Subregion." He has participated in a number of CIBER globalization and faculty development programs and has published in the areas of International Business, International Trade, and Marketing.
