Professor Molly Winkler is an experienced nurse and dedicated educator with 10 years of clinical experience in medical-surgical, operating room, and pediatric neurology settings. As an instructor at Florida A&M University School of Nursing, she is responsible for teaching nursing students in course labs and clinical hospital settings, while also advocating for and supporting students throughout their academic journey. Her teaching focus includes applying effective methodologies to enhance nursing education and student success.
